A large egg farming operation was using regular stretch film to secure their egg pallets. They were experiencing egg spoilage and carton damage because their pallet wrap was not allowing for sufficient cooling and drying of the washed eggs.

For our Cheese Producing client, cheese wrapped with the conventional stretch film used to take 14 days to cool to the proper temperature.
AirFlow vented stretch film was selected to accelerate cooling time.
The cooling time was cut in half to seven days. Our client can now ship their product to market faster, has reduced warehouse storage space and costs, and reduced inventory in storage.
A grower of organic produce was having an issue with moisture build up when wrapping waxed boxes of peppers with a conventional stretch film. They would often have to repack the peppers (and wipe off moisture).

A manufacturer of disposable medical devices uses Ethylene Oxide (ETO) for sterilization. Due to toxicity, it is imperative that the product be allowed to “off-gas” throughout the manufacturing process to eliminate any residual ETO. Using regular stretch film does not allow for off-gassing.
